VS Rubber Recycling processes high-quality, vulcanised rubber scraps into high-quality rubber powder suitable for re-mixing into new rubber compounds. We ensure a closed-loop recycling of rubber and rubber gets new life in various products.

We obtain Ambient rubber powders by sieving off the smallest rubber particles from 0.00 mm to 0.25, 0.50 or 0.70 mm during the production process of rubber buffings. As this powder comes 100% from the tread of truck and bus tyres, it contains a high concentration of NR Rubber. Strong, elastic and durable.

Cryogenic

We obtain cryogenic rubber powders by a cryogenic grinding process. The advantages: higher yield and finer powder. The physical structure of ambient ground rubber is angular,. The physical structure of cryogenid rubber is almost cubic, with an intact surface. Besides, no chemical degradation of the rubber occurs during the cryogenic grinding process, which is the case with ambient grinding due to high temperatures.
